Using the Accelevents event platform, you can easily set your event date and time and location and add an event description for your event. You can also add any relevant images or logos.
To get started, simply navigate to the Event Details section of your Admin Console menu:
You can then edit all event details!
Event name - enter your event name.
Event start and end date and time - enter the start date and time and the end date and time of the event. Click here to learn how to hide the event date and time.
Timezone - select the time zone of your event. Your attendees will see the sessions adjusted to their time zone.
Event Format - choose from Online, Hybrid, or In-Person.
Event Type - choose from the drop-down list of event types. (Only used for categorization, not functionality).
Main Stage, Sessions & Workshops, Networking, Expo - click to toggle on and off. When toggled on, the tab on the left nav menu will appear to edit/ add sessions or expo.
Allow attendees to access the event after event ends - by default, your attendees will have access to the event for 30 days after the event end date.
Logo - upload a logo (700x350)px.
Organizer Name - Edit or add your Organizer Name. Please follow the steps here to create your organizer profile after this step.
Pre-Event Access Starts - by default, your attendees can access the Virtual Event Hub 30 minutes before the event start time. You can now extend this time!
