Help! I Forgot My Password
You can reset or create your password by accessing this page and entering the email address associated with your account.
Once you enter your email address, you should receive an email. Click the RESET PASSWORD button in that email and enter your new password.
Your password must contain:
1 uppercase
1 lowercase
1 special character
1 number
no whitespace
at least 8 characters in length
Acceptable special characters are these: !@#$%^&*+
Reset Through The Event Page
If you're on the event landing page, click Login or Sign In, enter your email address, and click Continue.
Click Forgot Password? at the bottom of the pop-up. This will take you to the Reset Password Page. Follow the prompts to send instructions to your email to reset it.
Reset Through The Attendee App
At the log-in page of the Attendee App, enter your email address and click Continue with Email.
Click Forgot Password? then enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
Open the reset instructions from your inbox and click Reset Password.
Enter your new password and click Set Password.
A confirmation message saying you've successfully changed your password will appear, and the page will automatically log you into the Attendee App.
