Help! I Forgot My Password

You can reset or create your password by accessing this page and entering the email address associated with your account.

Once you enter your email address, you should receive an email. Click the RESET PASSWORD button in that email and enter your new password.

Your password must contain:

  • 1 uppercase

  • 1 lowercase

  • 1 special character

  • 1 number

  • no whitespace

  • at least 8 characters in length

  • Acceptable special characters are these: !@#$%^&*+

Reset Through the Event Page

If you're trying to login before registering for an event, click Login, enter your email address, then click Continue.

If you're trying to enter an event that you registered for, click Sign In, enter your email address, then click Continue.

A pop-up in the center will let you send yourself a magic link or enter your password. Hit Forgot Password? at the bottom.

Enter your email address then click Reset Instructions and it will be sent to your email address.

Click Reset Password from the email.

Enter the New Password for your account.

Reset using the Attendee App

At the log in page of the Attendee App, click the "Forgot Password?" hyperlink and enter your registered email address then click the Send Reset Link button. Check your email's inbox, open the Recover Password email and click the Reset Password Button. Enter a new password based on the password requirements, confirm it by entering the same new password in the Confirm Password field, click Change Password.

A confirmation message saying you've successfully changed your password will appear, and the page will automatically log you into the Attendee App.
