An Easier Way To Join The Event
Accelevents has made it easier for you to join the event without creating or entering a password! All you need to do is click a button or a link from your email!
Click the Join Event Button from the Order Confirmation Email
After registering for the event, you should receive an order confirmation email. When the event opens, just click the Join Event button in that email. And that's it! You'll be redirected to the virtual event without entering your email address or password. If you click the button on your phone and have the attendee app installed, the join button will redirect you to the app without you entering a password.
The "magic" of joining without a password through the Join Event button will only work once. But don't worry; you can click it again to prompt you to resend another magic link. Then, just open the new email and click the magic link.
Get a Magic Link Email
You can still get a magic link even if you can't find your order confirmation email. Click the login or sign-in button from the event page. After entering your email address and clicking continue, you should see the option to send the magic link.
If you're using the attendee app, enter your email address and click Continue with Email. Then click Send magic link.
Request to Send the Order Confirmation or Magic Link
Just click the Contact button at the top of the event landing page and send a message to the event admins. You can also request it from Accelevents support by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner of this page.
What happens if I click the Join Event button when the event is not yet open?
It will give you an error message that the event is not live yet. If you close the message, you will be redirected to the event landing page. At this time, you can go to the Agenda and bookmark and save a seat to sessions.
What if I already have a password?
If you have previously created a password, you can still use that password to log in through the Enter Event button or Login button from the event landing page. Click here to reset your password if you've forgotten it.
