The Registration Confirmation Page is the page that registrants see after purchasing. There are default templates that you can customize and you can also create custom pages if you have custom content to show to registrants depending on what they purchase. If you don't want to use the internal pages, you can also redirect them to an external link.
Default Registration Page Templates
In Registration > Confirmation & Reminders > Confirmation Pages, you'll see a couple of default templates:
Default Order Confirmation | This is the page registrants will see if they purchase 1 ticket type.
This template can be duplicated so that you can assign different pages for different ticket types. |
Default Mix Confirmation | This is the page registrants will see if they purchase multiple ticket types / add ons.
This template cannot be duplicated. |
Default ERC Confirmation | This is the page exhibitors will see when they purchase tickets through the Exhibitor Resource Center.
This template cannot be duplicated. |
Default Approval Request Confirmation | This is the page applicants will see when they submit a request for approval tickets.
This template can be duplicated so that you can assign different pages for different approval ticket types. |
Edit the Page
Hover on the template and click Edit Page. Once inside the template builder, you can drag and drop elements onto the page to customize its content.
Create a New Template
Click + New Page to create a new template. You can choose whether the template is for regular registrations or approval tickets. You can also assign the ticket types for this template. If you're selling exhibitor add ons, you can also choose to create a template specific for them.
If you want to redirect them to custom URL, you can add that to the settings.
Enter the Page Name
Select the appropriate confirmation type:
Registration – Use this for ticket registrations, including registration approval for attendees. Assign which registrants will be directed to this page based on the ticket they select during registration.
Approval – Use this for registration approvals only. Specify whether it’s for speakers, exhibitors, or attendees. Assign which registrants will be directed to this page based on the approval ticket they selected.
Select the Page Link:
Internal - Select this to design your page in Accelevents
External – Select this if you want to redirect users to an external URL instead of building a new page. Paste your link.
Click Create to save the page.
Assign Tickets to Other Templates
All tickets are assigned to the Default Order Confirmation. To move tickets, you can click the 3 dot menu and select Settings.
⚠️ However, you cannot remove a ticket type from the default template settings. If you try to remove a ticket type and save the settings, it will not allow you to save it. This is to ensure that all ticket types are assigned to a template.
To un-assign a ticket from the default template, open or create a new template and navigate to its settings, and select the ticket you want to reassign.
If you unassign a ticket type from a new template, it will automatically be reassigned to the default template.
Note: General Add Ons do not appear in the tickets or exhibitor add on dropdowns. If only General Add Ons are purchased, they will see the default order confirmation template.
