This feature allows you to customize the page your registrants see after they purchase a ticket. You can have customized page content for each ticket type, and you can also redirect them to an external page.
Create, Edit, or Add an External Link
Go to Registration > Confirmation & Reminders
Edit the Default Confirmation:
Hover over Default Order Confirmation and click Edit Page, or click the three dots and select Edit Page to modify the existing confirmation page.
Create a New Page:
click the + New Page button
Enter the Page Name
Select the appropriate confirmation type:
Registration β Use this for ticket registrations. Assign which ticket types will be directed to this page.
Approval β Use this for registration approvals. Specify whether itβs for speakers or exhibitors.
External β Select this if you want to redirect users to an external URL instead of building a new page. Paste the desired link.
Click Create to save the page.
Edit the Page
Once inside the template builder, you can drag and drop elements onto the page to customize its content.
