This feature allows you to customize the page your registrants see after they purchase a ticket. You can have customized page content for each ticket type, and you can also redirect them to an external page.
Create, Edit, or Add an External Link
Go to Registration > Order Confirmation
Hover on the Default Order Confirmation and click Edit Page to edit the existing page, or click + New Page to start from scratch or add an external link.
If you select to create a new page, add the page name and assign which ticket types will see this page.
If you want to link an external link instead of creating a new page, choose External and paste the URL.
Click Create.

Once inside the template builder, you can drag and drop elements to the template to customize the page's content.
