When designing your badge, you can set a condition to show an image in the badge based on the attendee's answer to a dropdown order form question.

For example, in the order form, you ask your attendees if they are members, and they choose either yes or no in the dropdown. Now, instead of showing the text "member," you can add an image to your badge that will only appear if they answered yes to indicate that they are a member.

Important Notes:

Show or Hide Images in the Badge

1. Add the Dropdown Field to the Widgets

  • Open your badge for editing in Registration > Badges

  • Click Widgets

  • Select Custom Fields under User Data

  • Select the order form question and click Add Fields

2. Add the Image to the Badge

  • Upload the file

  • The image should appear on the badge, adjust the size and position

3. Set the Image Conditions

  • Click the image on the badge

  • Click Customize Field from the menu

  • Select the question from the dropdown

  • Set the visibility condition based on the dropdown answers

  • Click Save

That's it! Test it by registering 2 attendees with different answers for the dropdown question, then print the badges.

Recommended Internet Speed When Printing Badges Onsite

While onsite, the recommended minimum internet speed per device is:

  • Download: 10 Mbps

  • Upload: 5 Mbps

Wired Ethernet is highly preferred for stability and speed for printers. If using Wi-Fi, ensure:

  • Strong signal strength at each kiosk

  • Dedicated network with minimal interference

  • No bandwidth-sharing with other high-traffic activities (like livestreams)

Each kiosk device should have dedicated bandwidth, so if you’re using 5 kiosks, you should ideally have at least 50 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up available in total.
