If you need to update the attendee information in bulk, you can send us a CSV file with all the fields that need to be updated.
Updating organization names and job titles are common use case for bulk updates, and it can be efficiently managed by including these fields in your CSV file.
Important Notes:
Ticket Id should be the first column in the CSV - this will identify which registration must be updated. This is the only required column.
Email addresses will not be updated, but you can include it in your CSV for reference
Column Headers must be the same as the ticket holder order form questions
The ticket buyer information will not be updated, this update is only for ticket holders
Updating an Image and Conditional Question Field will not work through CSV upload.
If your event uses a custom field for company names, note that this data will not sync to the native "Company" profile field in the attendee's profile.- To ensure accurate updates, the field name in Accelevents must be "Organization".
Note that if the "Organization" is updated in the order, it does not automatically update all of the attendees' profiles, it will only update if the attendee has never logged in to any event in Accelevents. Learn more about auto-populating order form answers to the attendee profile.

Cell Phone | To upload cell phone numbers, you must include columns for First Name and Last Name in the CSV.
Then, for the cell phone format, add the phone number then a pipe | and the country's 2 letter abbreviation.
