Register Attendees to Sessions

Manage Attendee Session Registration Through the Admin Console

There are a couple of ways you can register / unregister attendees from sessions as an admin. You can register an attendee to multiple sessions, register multiple attendees to a session, or automatically register them to sessions using the HubSpot integration.

Register an Attendee to Multiple Sessions

  • Go to Attendees > Attendee Management

  • Click on the attendee

  • Click More and select Sessions

  • Click + Add Session

  • Select the sessions

To unregister them, just click the Unregister button.

Register Multiple Attendees to a Session

  • Go to Event Content > Agenda

  • Open the session for editing

  • Enable the toggle to Set session as private

  • Go to the Attendees tab

  • Type in the name of the attendee and select the attendee from the dropdown to pre-register the attendee for the session.

  • Or upload the attendees to the session via CSV

  • When you're done, you can turn on the toggle for Set session as private if you don't need the session to be private.

To unregister them, click the gear icon and click Delete

Automatically Register Attendees to Sessions Through HubSpot

If you're using the HubSpot integration, you can also automatically register attendees to sessions by creating a HubSpot workflow.
