What's the difference between our Session Types

If you're using Accelevents Studio or Accelevents RTMP, you'll have the option to record the Main stage or Regular session

Enter your session information and enable the other features available for your session

Workshop sessions allow attendees to join with their cameras and microphones turned on!

Utilizing Workshop breakout rooms, you may split the sessions into smaller discussions.

Select Direct Upload as your Stream Provider to upload an mp4 or mov file. Add srt or vtt caption files to your uploaded video.

Have a pop-up appear at the end of your session where attendees can click a button to move to another session, lounge or booth!

Allows you to pre-register attendees and hide the session to those not pre-registered

Add an image or video to replace the countdown timer that appears before the session starts.

Tags and tracks can be used to filter sessions to make it easier for attendees to look for sessions that are of the same topic or category.

Have concurrent sessions appear side-by-side in the agenda

Just go to your Chrome settings and enable Live Captions

Add a subtitle file to your recorded videos

Have attendees listen to sessions in a different language by using a 3rd party interpretation or translation platform

Easily access your session by getting its direct link through the Admin Console or through the Add to Calendar option

Default closed captioning is available for Accelevents Studio and RTMP

Open your session for editing and select the Recording tab
