IMPORTANT NOTES:
The recording feature for Workshops is in Beta testing. We look forward to testing and improving this feature over Q3 2022.
If a workshop runs longer than 3 hours no portion of the workshop will be recorded.
The recording will start once someone enters the Workshop
The recording will start once the Start Broadcast button is clicked for Accelevents Studio
The recording will start once you start broadcasting live from your3rd party streamer when using Accelevents RTMP
When captioning is turned on, the recording will include the captions. However, it will not appear on the downloaded video file.
At the end of your recorded session, you should see an option to download the session in mp4 format.
The dropdown beside the download button will show you the different recording clips for that session. You can have several clips if the broadcast was stopped and started again, so even your tests in that same session will show up in the dropdown if you recorded them. The default recording selected is the latest one, and this is what your attendees can watch when they click the View Recording button from the virtual event hub.
Note that the recording clips and download option will only show if the session is already in the past.
