Promote Sponsors and Exhibitors in a Session
If your sponsors or exhibitors are sponsoring sessions, you can add them as sponsoring companies in the session to be able to further promote their branding.
Add Sponsoring Companies in the Session
Open you session for editing
Expand the Advance Settings
Go to the Advertising section
Add the companies by selecting them from the dropdown
View the Sponsoring Companies in the Session
If you're viewing the event through a browser, you'll see a Sponsoring Company tab inside the session, where it will show the sponsor cards. And on upper right, the carousel image should show.
Notes:
Exhibitors won't appear in the sponsoring company tab, but will show in the carousel.
The image in the session carousel will still show even if it's turned off for the lobby carousel.
As a default, the images appear in the order they are listed, but you can Randomize Carousel Display. Go to the Sponsors tab, click Configure Sponsors, and enable Randomize Carousel Display to show sponsors in a random order. This applies to the lobby and session carousels.
Networking sessions do not have carousels, instead the logo will appear in the session card if viewed from the networking tab.
Allow Exhibitors to Edit Sponsored Sessions

If an exhibitor is sponsoring a session, you can allow them to edit the session they are sponsoring. In the exhibitor portal, they would be able to edit the session name, short description and full details. They can also upload documents and add speakers.
