The Sponsored Sessions tab in the Exhibitor Resource Center will show all the sessions that you're sponsoring. Event organizers may give you permission to update the some session information.

Update Your Sponsored Sessions in the ERC

The Sponsored Sessions tab in the Exhibitor Resource Center will show all the sessions that you're sponsoring. Event organizers may give you permission to update the some session information. Ensure to complete all the details before the event opens so attendees can check it out and add it to their agenda.

Access Sponsored Sessions in the ERC

After an exhibitor is added to the booth as a team member, an email will be sent with a Access the Resource Center button. When clicked, it will redirect to the ERC.

Update Your Session Information in the ERC

In the ERC's Sponsored Sessions tab, click the Edit Session button and update the information.

  • Title - up to 255 characters

  • Short description - up to 150 characters

  • Full details - text, images, videos and links can be added. (There may be a limit, but it works up to 15000 characters so far.)

  • Upload Document - up to 10MB, format .pdf,.doc,.docx,docxx,.ppt,.pptx,.png,.jpg

Add Speakers in the ERC

In the Speakers tab, you can assign existing speakers through the dropdown, or you can click + New Speaker to add a new one. The required fields are First Name, Last Name, and Email. The rest of the fields are optional, but it would be better if you filled out everything so attendees can learn more about the background of your speakers.

  • Name

  • Email - this will not be visible to attendees

  • Pronouns

  • Title

  • Company

  • Bio - a short description of the speaker. You can add links, images, and videos here.

  • Profile Picture - 200 x 200 pixels jpeg, png, or gif

  • Links to social media accounts - LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter - this is not visible in the profile in the virtual event hub, and will only show inside the session's speaker tab. In the attendee app, this will only be visible when the speaker's profile is viewed from the speaker tab.

  • Sponsors - these sponsors will appear in the Speaker Page if the sponsors widget is added to the page.
