Event Duplication
Are you running an event similar to a past event you've hosted, or are you looking to duplicate the event you have so that you can do tests without messing up your actual event? If so, you may be able to save some time by duplicating that event.
Click your profile on the upper right corner and select My Events
Click Duplicate on the event.
Add the Event Name
Select the event elements to copy to the new event.
Click Duplicate to confirm.
You can also duplicate an event from the Organizer Portal by clicking the 3 dots and clicking Duplicate.
Items that are not copied over to the duplicated event
Attendees
Dates from the previous event (e.g., event, session, gamification, tickets, etc.) will default to start on the creation date.
Stream Providers
Uploaded session videos
Exhibitor and Lobby polls
Exhibitor and Lobby Q&A
Badges
Push Notifications
Tracking Links
Surveys
Contacts in Manage Contacts
Reminder Emails
Sent and Scheduled Engage Emails (only drafted emails will be duplicated)
Other Event Duplication Settings
If you duplicate an event today, the duplicated event's start date will be one month after today. You may change the event date later when modifying the duplicate event.
The Agenda & Speakers tab indicates a date for each session. However, a date may not be selected when you open the session details. Assign a date for each session and update the times accordingly.
No stream provider will be selected for the duplicated sessions.
If the sessions have uploaded videos, the uploaded videos are not copied over.

Can I retrieve a deleted event?
No, once deleted, you can no longer retrieve it. This is a permanent delete from our system, so even our tech team cannot recover this.
