The Admin Console is where you build events. The left-side navigation menu shows you all the features you'll use for your event, which you can enable or disable, depending on your needs.

Enable or Disable Event Modules

Accelevents has 6 event modules:

  • Ticketing

  • Auction

  • Raffle

  • Fund a Need

  • Donation

  • Text to Give

To enable or disable them, go to Settings > General Settings.

When these modules are enabled, the following tabs below will appear depending on your selection.


Registration and Attendees tab

To make these tabs appear, you need to enable the Ticketing module. The Registration tab is where you can create event tickets, and the Attendee tab is where you can see all ticket purchases.


Agenda & Speakers tab

To make the Agenda & Speakers tab appear in the admin console, first, you must enable the Ticketing module and then select at least 1 session type from the Event Details tab:

  • Go to Settings > General Settings

  • Enable Ticketing

  • Go to Event Details

  • Select at least one of the session type boxes (Main Stage Sessions, Sessions & Workshops, or Networking). The box will turn blue if the session type is selected.

Note: The Agenda and Speakers tab will still appear even if you disable ticketing, as long as one of the session types is selected in the Event Details tab.


Exhibitors & Sponsors tab

By default, the Sponsors tab will always appear in your admin console. However, if you also have Exhibitors, that tab will change to Exhibitors & Sponsors. To enable Exhibitors, first, you must enable the Ticketing module, then select Expo in the Event Details tab:

  • Go to Settings > General Settings

  • Enable Ticketing

  • Go to Event Details

  • Select at Expo. The box will turn blue if the Expo is selected.

Note: The Exhibitors & Sponsors tab will still appear even if you disable ticketing, as long as Expo is selected in the Event Details tab.


Fundraising Modules

If you are hosting a fundraiser, you can enable the module/s as previously shown here. Once these modules are enabled, their tabs will appear on the left-side navigation menu, where each tab will have its settings:


Frequently Asked Questions

I don't see those 4 boxes in my Event Details tab. How do I make them appear so I can enable them?

  • On the left-side navigation menu of your admin console, click Settings > General Settings. Then toggle on Enable Ticketing. The 4 boxes will now appear in Event Details.

I'd like to see reports or data about my event. Which tab is that?

  • Once you enable a module, the Analytics tab will appear on the left-side navigation menu. Accelevents provides analytics on key elements in your event. Click here to learn more about it.
