Customize Your Booth in the ERC
The Profile Design menu in the ERC is where exhibitors can upload images, videos, link, company description and other content to the booth. This is also where some of the labels can be customized and configure the live stream for virtual and hybrid events. While adding your content, you can also preview directly from the Profile Design tab.
Note: The Open Attendee View button on top allows you to view the booth in the virtual event hub's expo. This will load only if the event is virtual or hybrid. If it's an in-person event, it will just reload the ERC.
Access The Profile Design tab in the ERC
After an exhibitor is added to the booth as a team member, an email will be sent with a button to Access Resource Center. When clicked, it will redirect to the ERC.
Note: Lead Retrievers will have limited access to the ERC. Only these menus will appear for them: Tasks, Meetings, Leads, Sponsored Sessions, and custom Exhibitor Resource tabs.
Add Content to Your Booth
Click the arrows to expand each item. All settings are available in the ERC, but some of them do not apply in the app - we have indicated it per item. It will also give you the specs and preview for each.

We Will Be In Touch!" No notification is sent to exhibitors if someone clicks that button.

How Will Attendees Access My Booth?
Before the even opens, attendee can check out the event landing page where there is an Exhibitor tab that will display your exhibitor card, logo, booth name, location and short description. If you provide your website URL to the event admin, they can link it to your booth so that clicking your booth on the event landing page redirects attendees to your website.
If the event is using the attendee app, the landing page in there would also have an Exhibitor tab which will display the logo and booth name.
When the event opens, attendees can proceed to the Expo to see your booth. The display in the virtual event hub will be the same display on a browser's landing page. In the attendee app, the booth card image will be displayed along with the booth name and short description, the logo won't show inside the app's expo.
When they enter the booth, they will see all the other content you added. The view in the browser and in the app is almost the same except for these items below:
The banner image and carousel image will not appear in the attendee app
The link to the call to action button will not open in the attendee app
The live tab may appear in the attendee app, but the feature is not available
Polls, chat and Q&A are not available in the attendee app
