Customize Your Event Design

The Event Design section allows you to customize the look of your event. From here, you can upload your logo and other images, customize button colors, hide tabs you don't need, and create event pages from scratch. In the Event Design section, there are 3 sub-tabs:

Event Website

In the Event Website tab, there are 2 options:

Standard

Allows you to edit the default event landing page themes

Advanced

Allows you to create landing pages from scratch (for Enterprise and White Label plans only)

Standard Event Website

On the Standard Event Website, you can select from 3 default themes and customize the content of the event landing page depending on the options available in this menu. You can upload images, adjust the colors, customize the navigation tabs, edit the page URL, and show or hide other page components like the organizer's information and social media sharing options. In Advanced Customization, you can add custom CSS to customize other interactive elements of your events' landing page. You will also see a preview of your event landing page at the bottom.

Advanced Page Builder

Instead of using the default page themes, the Advanced Page Builder allows you to create multiple pages from scratch through a drag-and-drop builder. This feature is only available for Enterprise and White Label Plans.

Event Hub

You can customize the content of your virtual event hub from here. This has 5 sub-tabs:

Theme Customization

You can customize your virtual event hub colors from here. Choose colors for your event's navigation, header, session buttons, and labels to match your branding.

Content

You can personalize your virtual event hub by uploading a welcome message, a video, and a banner image. These elements help set the tone for attendees as they enter your event.

Lobby

You can modify the tabs found in the lobby. Rename them, rearrange their order, or add a custom tab to match your event’s specific needs.

Navigation

You can adjust the left-side navigation menu to fit your event's structure. Similar to the lobby tabs, these can be renamed, rearranged, and a custom menu can be added.

Agenda & Sessions

You can tweak agenda labels and session menu labels. Additional settings involving the agenda can also be set up here.

Kiosk

This tab appears only for in-person events. You can customize your app's kiosk mode design and settings. Choose colors for your kiosk, upload a background, and include a sponsorship logo.
