The Event Landing Page menu in your Event Website tab allows you to customize the content and style of your event landing page.

Important Note: Some customizations may not be available on lower plans, please get in touch with your account manager to upgrade your plan.

1. Themes

On top of the Event Landing Page tab, you'll see the options to choose the theme. There are three templates to choose from under Select Theme. Please select the one that works best for your event. The most popular one is Theme C.

Most color options are for the event landing page; some are for the virtual event hub.

You can change the colors by selecting a color from the color picker or entering the color's hexacode. There's also an option to adjust the opacity.

Note: If you have Dark Mode turned on from Theme Customization will also affect the colors in the Event Landing Page.

3. Configure Navigation

On the right side of the color options, you can enable or disable the tabs you want to show on your event landing page and rename them too. The tabs available will vary depending on the type of event you're having.

Note: The function stays the same if you change the tab name.

4. Event URL

Below the color options, you'll see your event URL, where you can customize the last part (e.g. https://www.accelevents.com/e/myeventname). Just click the last part (blue text) to start editing.

5. Organizer Information

The toggle below the URL for the organizer's information hides or shows the More Events and Contact button at the bottom of the event page.

6. Social Media Sharing

The toggle for social media sharing hides or shows all the social media icons in the About tab. If a page visitor clicks an icon, the visitor can share your event page to their social media account. This feature is only for social media sharing; you won't be able to add your organization's social media pages from here.

7. Count of People Attending

The toggle for the count of people attending hides or shows the total number of unique ticket buyers. This number is displayed above the event name on the event landing page.

8. Virtual Event Hub Disclaimer

Enabling the toggle for Show a Disclaimer Pop-Up before users join the Virtual Event Hub will open a content box where you can draft a waiver/disclaimer and a tick box if you would like to allow users to disagree before entering the virtual event.

9. Advanced Customization

Clicking the Advanced Customization tab slides in an area where you can enter custom CSS to further customize more interactive elements on your Event Landing Page.

10. Event Landing Page Preview

You can scroll past the customization options to see your event landing page mock-up. Some areas are editable, like the logo & banner images, content in the About tab, the image in the venue map tab, tagline, enter event button, and registration button. The other content, such as the agenda, speakers, and exhibitors, can be edited in the corresponding tabs on the left-side navigation of your admin console.

The Banner Image dimensions are 2000 x 500 pixels. It can be disabled if you don't want to add an image. Instead, the background color will show.

The Logo Image dimensions are 700 x 350 pixels. We suggest using an image with a background color; when the background is transparent (.png), the transparent part will appear black in your confirmation email.

The Show Map toggle will also show the map of going to the event venue. This feature is available for in-person and hybrid events and will only be available through a desktop browser. It's not available yet in the mobile browser.
