The magic link is a link that you can send to your attendees that will automatically log them in and redirect them to the event landing page. We recommend sending this to your attendees who are having issues logging in. Once you send it, the link will be active for 24 hours and can only be used once.
How to Send a Magic Link
On the Admin console, click Attendees > Orders
Search for the attendee
Click the 3 dot menu under the Actions tab (not the one on top)
Select Send Magic Link. A pop up should appear to notify you that the link has been sent.
What happens when the attendee clicks the magic link?
The attendee will receive an email with the subject line, "Auto login by Magic link."
Once the attendee clicks the hyperlink in the message, they will be automatically logged in and redirected to the event landing page.
You'll notice that the attendee is automatically logged in by seeing their name and profile photo (if they had added any) on the upper right corner of the screen. The attendee may now enter the Virtual Event Hub from here by clicking the Enter Event button.

Is there a way to send the magic link in bulk?
The magic link is attendee specific, so there isn't a way to send it in bulk.
Can I edit the email that they receive for the magic link?
No, the automated email cannot be edited.
What happens if they click the link after 24 hours?
The attendee would not be automatically logged in and they will be redirected to the event landing page.
What happens if they click the magic link again?
The attendee can only use this once. If the attendee is currently logged out and clicks it again, they would be redirected to the event landing page, but it will not automatically log them in.
What happens if they forward their magic link to someone else?
If it's the first time that the link would be clicked, the other person would be automatically logged in under the profile of the link's owner.
We do not advise forwarding the link as this may cause issuing when logging in as the magic link is attendee specific.
Can I send the magic link post event?
Yes, you can.
Do they need to create a password first to enter the event after they click the magic link?
No need. The attendee would be automatically logged in and then redirected to the event landing page after clicking the magic link.
