The magic link is a great way to get attendees to log in to the event without entering a password. In addition to sending the magic link email from the Orders tab, you can also send an Engage Email with the magic link. This way, the email can be customized, and you can schedule when it is sent.

Add the Magic Link Merge Tag to Your Email
Open your engage email for editing, and click View Dynamic Values. This will show you all the merge tags you can use for the email.
You may use the merge tag $MagicLink as a hyperlink or the link inside a button, like so:
You can then schedule this email to go out to certain user groups in your event.

The link expires after 7 days. When they try to click it, they will get the pop-up notification below.
