To watch the virtual event through your phone or tablet, you can now download the Accelevents Attendee App, which is available for iOS and Android users. After logging in to the app, enter the event to start watching sessions.

Notes:

  • Attendees can only join the app's Main Stage, Regular, Workshop, and "Break" sessions.

  • For workshops, the video broadcast will not show. Attendees can only join the chat, Q&A, and polls.

  • Please ensure you install the latest app version to see the latest updates.

  • As an event admin, you can enter sessions through the app before the session starts.

Watch Sessions in the Attendee App

  • After entering the event, click Agenda to see the list of sessions

    • Sessions - list of all sessions where you can join live or view the recording

    • My Schedule - list of all sessions you bookmarked, saved a seat, sessions you joined and your meetings.

    • Speakers - list of all speakers where you can view their profile and see which sessions they are involved in.

  • Click the session to see the session details

  • Click Join Session to start watching

That's it! The video should be playing!

Session Details

Below the video, you'll see the Details tab, where you can find the session description, the list of speakers for the session, sponsoring companies, downloadable documents, and links.

Session Activity

The Activity tab is where you can participate in the chat, see the list of attendees who joined the sessions, answer polls, and ask questions.

In-Person Sessions

If the event is in person, and you try to access the session in the app, instead of seeing a "Join Session" button, you'll see a "View Details" button. When you click that, it will show you all the same information found in the Details tab in a virtual session. On top, if you click Activity, you'll be able to join the chat, Q&A, polls, and survey.
