The end of your event can always be exciting and stressful. Here are some of the frequently asked questions after your virtual event ends.

How long will my event be accessible to attendees?

  • Your attendees may still view the replay of your sessions up to 30 days after the event. Just make sure you enable their access through your Event Details tab.

Can I extend post-event access?

Can an attendee who never checked in still be able to enter the event?

  • Yes, as long as the post-event access is open, anyone with a ticket for your event can still enter.

Can attendees still watch the recordings even if they did not bookmark the session?

  • Yes, they can view the recording as long as their ticket is allowed to join that session.

Can attendees still download documents and access the links added to the session when the event is over?

  • Yes, as long as the post-event access is open, anyone with a ticket for your event can still enter and access all areas.

Can I still sell existing ticket types after the event?

  • Yes, just make sure to extend your selling date.

Can I create a new ticket type and sell them after the event?

  • Yes

When can attendees watch the replay?

  • As soon as the session is over, attendees can watch the replay by clicking the VIEW RECORDING button next to the session name.

Can attendees download the video recording of the sessions?

  • No

Can I download the recorded sessions?

Can I replace the video recording with a different video file?

Can I still send reminder emails if the event is over?

  • Yes

Can I still send engage emails if the event is over?

  • You can still use the feature even after the event ends, but you can only send emails by selecting "Now" and you CANNOT "Send Later"

Where can I find the reports for my event?

When do I get billed?

Do you charge me right away?

  • No, we will send you the bill to review, then you can settle your payment.
