Virtual Events Made Easy
Experience the convenience of registering for and joining events right from the comfort of your own home! The rising trend of virtual events now grants you the freedom to attend from any corner of the world. Effortlessly navigate our platform's virtual event hub and make the most out of your event participation.
Click the "Join event" button
Once you've successfully registered for an event, expect to receive an order confirmation email that will serve as your gateway to the event. Simply click the "Join Event" button within the email, and you'll be seamlessly transported to the virtual event hub.
Customize your Profile
Once inside the virtual event hub, you'll be prompted to complete your profile by entering more details about yourself. You may also enter your other Interests, preferred Privacy settings, and Meeting availability. Click your Profile and Edit it any time during the event.
Visit the Agenda to Join or Bookmark Sessions
While in the Lobby, head over to the Agenda to view the upcoming sessions and their details. Clicking Join will redirect you to the live session. Click the Bookmark button if you'd like to keep track of the sessions you'd like to attend, as well as pre-register yourself for that session.
You can also view sessions by clicking Main Stage Sessions or Regular Sessions in the left navigation pane
Visit Exhibitor Booths
Learn more about product offers and deals by visiting the Expo, where you will find event exhibitors! Just click a booth to enter, and you'll be able to interact with their team members as well as download available material to learn more about their company.
Connect with Other Attendees
Feel free to interact with other attendees within the event by sending connection requests, meeting requests, as well as direct chats! You can do all this in the People tab from the left navigation pane.
Watch Session Recordings
If you missed any live sessions or wish to rewatch previous ones, simply navigate to the Lobby and Agenda tab. There, you can find an option to enable the toggle for displaying past sessions. By doing so, you'll gain access to recordings of the sessions that were captured. These recordings are available for on-demand viewing at your convenience.
