First-Time Event Login Guide

I already have a ticket to the event. What happens next?

Log in to the event if it is open. If you already have your ticket, you might wonder how to access the event online. The only thing you need to do is open the order confirmation email you received when you registered and click the "Join Event" button.

Clicking that button will take you straight into the virtual event hub. This is the easiest and fastest way to enter the event. If you have the attendee app on your device, it will log you to the app when you click that button.

You will be redirected to the event landing page if you click the button before the event opens. At this time, you can only bookmark and save seats for sessions.

What if I can't find the email?

Ask to Resend the Email. We can resend the email to you; just click the chat bubble in the lower right corner of this page and give us the event URL or name. You can also click the Contact button on the page to email the event organizer. We suggest you do this because the alternate route below involves more steps, including creating a password.

If the button is not working, how else can I enter the event?

Send yourself a Magic Link. If you have the event page URL, you can access that page. Click the Sign In or Login. After you have entered your email address, click Send magic link. We recommend sending a magic link to yourself so that upon receiving the email, you can click the link to log in automatically.

Why is the Enter Event button missing?

If the button is not appearing, then you're too early. The event is not open yet. The Enter Event button normally appears 30 minutes before the event begins, but event admins may set this to appear earlier. During this time, you can only explore the event landing page and bookmark sessions.

I'm already in the virtual event hub. Now what?

Once you enter the virtual event hub, the first thing you'll see in the lobby is a pop-up asking you to complete your profile. You can skip this step and fill in the details later, but it's best to do this when you enter, as other attendees will see your profile. Don't forget to upload your profile picture!

Once you're done with that, explore what the event organizer has in store for you and familiarize yourself with the platform. Connect and meet with other attendees, join various sessions, participate in chats, enter exhibitor booths, visit the lounges, join the gamification challenges, and more!
