Simple steps to assign speakers to their session!

How to Assign a Speaker to a Session

  • From your admin console, click Event Content

  • Select Agenda

  • Open the session you want to assign a speaker to

  • Click the Speakers tab in the menu on the right

  • In the Add Existing Speakers field, search for the speaker by clicking the field or typing their name

  • Select the speaker’s name from the dropdown to assign them to the session

That's it! After assigning them, they will get an email to access the session and the studio to start broadcasting. The next step is to add exhibitor booths to your event.
